We have data logging systems from 1 to over 100 channels with sampling rates from less than 1 Hz to over 10 kHz. They can measure a wide variety of inputs signals from temperature, humidity, force, pressure, or other sensors as well as voltage, current, digital signals, serial(RS-232/RS-485) sensors or SDI-12 devices.
There are models that can be connected to a PC via a traditional RS-232 interface, USB, Ethernet, Bluetooth, Wireless or GSM cellular.
There are even models with internal web servers to allow data to viewed or exported via a standard web browser.
