dataTaker Solution
The dataTaker DT50 data logger reads the sensor outputs and directly scales them to usable engineering units. The digital output from the tipping bucket rain gauge is input to a high-speed counter. These counters increment even when the dataTaker DT50 is in sleep mode to conserve power.
The dataTaker DT50 provides powerful mathematical capability. The DT50 can accurately calculate wind direct, wind run or wind rose. These results can then be stored and can be down loaded as required. The low power capability and diverse communications solutions provide for a solution for the most remote site.
